The platform in short
Zemedelko unites three tools in one account: an AI assistant for subsidies, programmes and documents; satellite soil analysis with management zones; and electronic farm journals with official export. Below is how each works and how we protect your data.
The assistant: grounded in real sources
Zemedelko does not improvise from general knowledge. The assistant works with the current terms of national and EU agricultural programmes — direct payments, eco schemes, coupled support, RDP measures and the 2023–2027 Strategic Plan — and builds each answer on the relevant measures, deadlines and requirements, in plain language with concrete application steps.
Soil analysis: from orbit to the spreader
You outline the field (drawing, cadastre pick or Shapefile import). The system finds the moments in recent years when the soil was bare and estimates humus, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and pH from its spectral “portrait” in Sentinel-2 data (10 m resolution) — with models calibrated against ~20,000 laboratory samples of the European LUCAS network (ISO methods). The field is split into management zones by its real variability; every value carries an agronomic class and an uncertainty interval, and we publish the honest accuracy (R², RMSE) in the report itself. An 11-year vegetation history, radar moisture, terrain and erosion risk, an automatic AI read-out and exports (PDF, VRA shapefile, GPX sampling plan) complete the picture.
Journals: record-keeping along the way
The mandatory journals are kept online with ready nomenclatures and automatic calculations; when an inspection comes, you download them in Word in the official format.
What happens to your data
Your questions and data are processed encrypted on EU infrastructure. Conversations stay in your account and are never used to train AI models. You can delete them at any time and export all your data (GDPR). Uploaded documents are read automatically, used only as context for your answer, and deleted together with the conversation.
Personal-data protection before AI processing
Before your question reaches the AI system, Zemedelko automatically masks structured personal identifiers — national ID, IBAN, card numbers, phones and emails. Personal names and addresses are pseudonymised with codes, restored locally in the answer you see. Farm identifiers (URN, EIK) are not masked. Your original text stays encrypted in your account.
Transparency: you know you are working with AI
AI-generated content is clearly labelled — in the chat, in the AI section of the soil report, and in every exported PDF (visible label plus machine-readable marking), following Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
Honest about the limits
AI can make mistakes, programme terms change, and satellite estimates are model values with uncertainty — which is why we show classes and intervals and recommend control laboratory samples before precise fertiliser rates. Answers and reports are information, not official consultation.
Metering and prices without surprises
The assistant is metered in tokens (the pricing page shows roughly how many questions each plan includes), soil analysis is paid per decare with the price visible before confirmation, and the journals are free. The trial requires no card.
