Frequently asked questions

What is Zemedelko?

Zemedelko is an AI-powered farming platform: an AI assistant for subsidies and programmes, satellite soil analysis of your fields and electronic farm journals — all in one account.

What is the satellite soil analysis?

Outline your field on the map (or pick it straight from the cadastre) and get an interactive report within the hour: humus, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and pH by management zones, soil texture, an 11-year field history, risks and recommendations. Estimates come from 10 m satellite data calibrated against the European LUCAS laboratory network — no digging required. Every parameter carries an agronomic class and an uncertainty interval, and each report includes an automatic AI read-out.

Does it replace laboratory samples?

It complements them. The satellite maps the whole field and shows where to take control samples (the sampling plan downloads as GPX for your phone) — so 2–3 samples calibrate the entire map. Zones also export as a VRA shapefile for the tractor terminal.

How do I order an analysis and what does it cost?

From the “Soil analysis” tab: outline → order → pay by card. Pricing is per decare with a minimum order, shown before you confirm. Processing usually takes under an hour with live progress. Your analysis history stays in your account.

What are the electronic journals?

The farm’s mandatory journals (plant protection, fertilisation and more) — kept online with ready-made nomenclatures, automatic calculations and Word export in the official format. Free for every registered user, on desktop.

Am I talking to a person or to AI?

Answers are generated entirely automatically by an AI system — not by a person. This is labelled in the chat itself. Treat them as an informational starting point, not official consultation.

Are the answers official consultation?

No. Answers are informational and do not constitute official consultation. For important decisions consult an agronomist or adviser.

What sources does the assistant use?

The current terms of national and EU agricultural programmes — direct payments, eco schemes, coupled support, RDP measures and the 2023–2027 Strategic Plan. When you ask about a specific field, it also uses your soil analysis data.

How much does it cost?

Registration is free. The assistant runs on a monthly/annual plan or token packs; soil analysis is paid per decare per order; journals are included for free. Details on the Pricing page.

Can I upload a document?

Yes — PDF, DOCX or a photo (including scans, read automatically). The assistant explains the content, terms and application requirements.

What is a company account?

A company account unites a cooperative, producer group or team around a shared token quota, with individual monthly limits and roles.

What happens to my conversations and data?

They are stored encrypted on EU servers and never used to train AI models. You can export your data (GDPR) or delete your account at any time.

How do you protect personal data like ID and IBAN numbers?

Zemedelko automatically detects and masks structured personal identifiers — national ID, IBAN, card numbers, phone and email — in questions and attachments before the text reaches the AI system. Personal names and addresses are pseudonymised with codes, restored locally in the answer. Farm identifiers (URN, EIK) are not masked — the assistant needs them for accurate guidance. Detection is automatic and not absolute — avoid entering personal data that the question does not need.

How do I know an answer is AI-generated?

It is labelled in several places: a permanent notice in the chat; the AI section of the soil report is explicitly marked; every exported PDF carries a visible “AI-generated” label and machine-readable metadata, following Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

How do I cancel a subscription?

From “My account” → “Cancel plan”. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period; pack tokens never expire.

I have another question — where do I write?

Via the contact form or, with an account, from the Support section.
